The contest is open to amateur bakers (no commercial businesses) who use only fresh ingredients and fresh apples (preferably grown in the Snoqualmie Valley). There are two divisions: Junior (7-16) and Adult (17+). Prizes will be awarded in each division for: 1st Place -$45.00, 2nd Place -$35.00, 3rd Place -$25.00, and “Best of Show,” selected from the top pie in each division – $50.00
